Kerstar’s DGF Heavy Duty ATEX Vacuum Cleaner has been specifically designed for continuous, high-performance operation in hazardous environments where more power is required. ATEX certified and built for reliability, this air-powered vacuum is ideal for use in Dust Zones where explosive or hazardous dust may be present, and can operate safely for extended periods – even 24/7 if required.

Unlike traditional electric vacuums that are limited to intermittent use, the DGF range delivers consistent suction for demanding applications such as production line extraction, general cleaning, and accessing hard-to-reach areas. It is suitable for collecting fine dust, powders, granular materials, and heavier debris, with optional configurations available for wet and dry use, including the safe collection of flammable liquids.

Each unit is constructed with a durable stainless steel body and features a removable collection container for ease of use and maintenance. The vacuum is fully mobile but can also be configured as a fixed system with extended hose lengths or integrated into pipework setups.

Equipped with Class H filtration achieving 99.995% efficiency, the DGF ensures safe handling of hazardous dusts while maintaining high operational performance.
